Stephanie A. Wynn is the Founder and President of The Stephanie A. Wynn Foundation, Inc., dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
Diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2017, Stephanie's journey with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) included years of navigating complex healthcare challenges and ultimately a near-death experience in 2021. That experience became the catalyst for establishing The Stephanie A. Wynn Foundation, Inc. and transforming her personal journey into a mission to help others.
Drawing from her lived experience with the physical, emotional, financial, and social challenges of chronic illness, Stephanie has developed patient-centered programs, built community and healthcare partnerships, advanced IBD education, and created opportunities for patients to feel more informed and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Today, Stephanie leads the Foundation's work to improve outcomes for individuals and communities affected by Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, with a particular focus on reaching communities that experience barriers to accessing quality healthcare, education, support, and resources.
Stephanie believes that living with IBD should not mean navigating it alone.
